Our caregivers undergo a thorough background check, including criminal history and reference checks. Request references from previous employers or clients to gauge their reliability and trustworthiness.

Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification is required. Completion of a caregiver training program, which may include topics like infection control, safety, and communication skills.

We offer a consultation or introductory meeting. This allows you to assess the caregivers personality, communication style, and compatibility with the individual receiving care.

Our caregivers provide regular updates on the individuals well-being, treatment plans, and any changes in their condition. They establish clear lines of communication with family members and healthcare providers.

We have contingency plans in case the assigned caregiver is unable to fulfill their duties. We ensure that we assign a replacement so you will never be without a caregiver.
